Program FAQ
Can a program be customized?
Yes. We recommend cleaning and televising together for the best results, but programs can be jetting only (with televising where needed) or televising only (with jetting where needed). We can adjust any program to fit your budget.
What happens if we have an emergency during our program?
Program customers are never charged emergency rates. If you have an emergency while you are on a contract, you pay your contract pricing, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Can my rates go up during the program?
No. Your contract pricing is locked in for the whole term, with no increases from the first year to the last.
What does the city get after each visit?
A line-by-line cleaning report for every line we clean, and a line-by-line televising report with still images from our 4K camera system for every line we televise. Video and reports are stored in POSM Central and can be shared with your city and downloaded.
What if the city loses its own records?
We keep your reports, video and maps on file and can pull them back up for you, so a lost drive or a staff change does not mean lost history.
Can a maintenance program help prevent sewer backups?
Yes. Routine jetting removes roots, grease and debris before they build up, and televising finds cracks, sags and offsets early, so problems get fixed before they turn into backups and emergency calls.
Do you do inflow and infiltration (I&I) investigations?
Yes. We televise and investigate problem areas to help your city track down inflow and infiltration, and the findings go right into your reports and Diamond Maps.
Are your camera operators NASSCO certified?
Yes. Our camera operators are NASSCO PACP, LACP and MACP certified, and every inspection is coded to NASSCO standards.
